Having started his coaching career three
years ago as a cardio boxing coach, Coach
Rick used that opportunity to hone his
coaching abilities, garnering a healthy
amount of experience as a coach,
cornerman and competitor in both
amateur boxing and amateur MMA.
Coach Rick focuses on refining the
fundamental basics of boxing, defensive
responsibilities, offensive attacks,
counters and set ups, footwork and ring
control.
Believing boxing is for everyone, Coach
Rick has worked with many people from
many cultures and fitness backgrounds,
welcoming anyone looking to learn.
Coach Rick is available for cornering and
personal training.
