Jessica’s journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu spans over 20 years, with 19 of those years dedicated to teaching and sharing her extensive knowledge with others. A black belt for over 11 years under Master Pedro Sauer, she holds the distinction of being his second female black belt, a title she carries with immense pride and respect.
Passionate about making Jiu-Jitsu accessible to everyone, Jessica welcomes all practitioners—from children taking their first steps on the mats to seasoned athletes refining their skills. Her expertise encompasses self-defense, sport Jiu-Jitsu, and foundational movements, all delivered through a teaching style that emphasizes encouragement, precision, and an unwavering belief in her students' potential.
